Yorkshire-born Head Chef Paul, who heads up the 3 AA rosette Burlington Restaurant at The Devonshire Arms Hotel & Spa, is deeply passionate about home-grown produce. Paul will take you on an inspiring journey into field to fork and kitchen garden-inspired British cookery, giving you the chance to Q&A over an aperitif before dishing up a delicious three-course dinner to enjoy.

This ticket includes a demo with Paul Leonard and a three course dinner with an aperitif on arrival. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements.
