Are you looking for ways to reduce stress, anxiety and conflict? Well this is the event for you. Join Andrew as he introduces key concepts and ideas to help you manage everyday situations. The workshop will also incorporate how to increase resilience and emotional intelligence while improving communication in a non-judgemental peaceful environment. There will be time for discussion and will include a walk around Blanchland so make sure you bring your walking boots!

This event includes a light lunch, please advise of any dietary requirements or allergens. Please also bring suitable walking shoes. 11am - 4pm.
