Cake Artistry Workshop
Join us in the Gatehouse where Sandra, a multi-award winning sugar artist, will take us back to the basics of cake decorating. You will learn how to trim, layer, fill, crumb-coat and cover a sponge cake with butter cream before covering in sugar paste. The last step will be decorating with your own sugar roses, leaves, blossoms or butterflies! A light lunch and refreshments will be provided during the workshop. Please bring an apron and a tea towel, everything else is will be provided.
This ticket includes lunch. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements.
The Gatehouse is a 12th Century building accessed via external stone stairs and has steps of various sizes throughout. Please note the Gatehouse is not a dog friendly space.
