Join us for a spectacular series of Chef Foodie Events at the Lord Crewe Arms, where we celebrate the rich culinary heritage and renowned hospitality of the North. Set within one of the region’s most historic hotels, this event showcases not only the best seasonal and local produce but also the incredible talent of the North’s most celebrated chefs. From charming country inns to grand historic hotels, the North is home to some of the UK’s finest dining destinations – enjoy the experience with us! As the executive chef at Seaham Hall I oversee all the food and beverage outlets, we focus here on regional and very seasonal small plates, using traditional and modern cooking methods, we utilise our grounds to use all the wild plants, herbs and berries that grow here, we pickle, ferment and preserve them to use throughout the year. Prior to Seaham Hall I was the executive chef at Oakley Court in Windsor, the exact same ethos applied here Prior to Oakley court I have spent my career heading up kitchens in the home counties, Shropshire and Cornwall
Ticket Price includes a glass of fizz and canapes on arrival, our guest chef will then provide a four course menu which represents their restaurant and the night will end with a hot drink by the fire.
Please note that due to the nature of our event we are unable to accomodate certain allergies. Please get in touch before booking if you do have any dietaries or allergies
The Gatehouse is a 12th Century building accessed via external stone stairs and has steps of various sizes throughout. Please note the Gatehouse is not a dog friendly space.
